Community operator: Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC (OOO «IMT», OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: 620024, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Bisertskaya St., 16, bldg 1, email privacy@healthrating.net). The Rules form part of the agreement with the user concluded on the terms of the Public Offer and apply to community members.
1. What the community is
1.1. The community brings together people who look after their health early. The platform measures how people care for their health: regular check-ups, responding to results, home readings and looking after family. The platform does not assess health status, diagnoses or reading values.
1.2. The platform’s information is for reference and is not medical advice; the scope of check-ups is decided by a doctor. Check-ups under the state programme are free under the OMS policy at the medical organisation the user is registered with. The Rules do not require taking tests more often than the state programme and the treating doctor provide for.
2. Joining
2.1. A user aged 18 or over with a Platform account may join after reading the Manifesto, accepting these Rules and signing the Consent to processing data for calculating the level and taking part in the community. An account is tied to a country; the Russian Federation is currently available.
2.2. Acceptance of the Rules and signing of the consent are done with a simple electronic signature under Section 5 of the Public Offer. The Operator stores the date, time and edition of the Rules accepted.
2.3. A user who has not joined the community uses all functions of the HemoTrack app and the account. Only the level, member number and member privileges are unavailable (Article 16 of the Consumer Protection Law: a service is not conditioned on providing data that is not needed to deliver it).
3. The Manifesto: seven member rules
- I know my readings. I know what is covered for my age and sex, and I go through it.
- I watch the trend. Four check-ins with myself a year: once a quarter I open my data and see what has changed.
- I don’t ignore deviations. If a reading is outside the lab’s reference interval, I retest or discuss it with a doctor.
- I look after my family. I help my parents and children keep track of their check-ups.
- I put in a little every day. Logging blood pressure or weight takes a minute, and that is care too.
- I rely on data. I make health decisions together with a doctor.
- I share the culture. I tell people what is covered under OMS and invite those who could use it.
The Manifesto rules describe the community’s values and create no obligations for whose breach a member is liable.
4. Level and care points
4.1. Only calendar tasks completed in the last 365 days count. A task is completed by an uploaded lab report, a note of a check-up passed or a week of regular home readings.
4.2. Task sources: the state check-up programme by age and sex; the follow-up schedule for a condition the member marked; the community’s quarterly check-in; a repeat test for a reading outside the reference interval; a week of self-monitoring of one reading.
4.3. Care points are the sum of the weights of completed tasks. A check-up or repeat test weighs 10, a quarterly check-in 5, a week of self-monitoring 1.
4.4. The level depends on the share of the member’s own calendar completed, not on the absolute number of points. Categories affect the level with weights out of one hundred: calendar 40, response 25, self-monitoring 25, family 10. If a category has no tasks, its weight is spread proportionally across the others.
4.5. Seven levels by completion share: level 1 from 0 to 19, level 2 from 20 to 39, level 3 from 40 to 54, level 4 from 55 to 69, level 5 from 70 to 79, level 6 from 80 to 89, level 7 from 90 to 100. Level 1 is assigned on joining. Until report verification by order number is introduced, levels 6 and 7 are not assigned; once it is introduced, the level is recalculated automatically, without action by the member.
4.6. The level may fall when completed tasks leave the 365-day window. No later than 14 days before such a fall, the member receives a notification naming the action that prevents it. The best level achieved and the best year are kept indefinitely.
4.7. The level calculation is available on the explanation screen in the account. A member may object to the calculation; an authorised employee of the Operator reviews it within 30 days and sends a reasoned reply (Article 16 of the Personal Data Law).
5. Counting data and good faith
5.1. A report received from a laboratory via integration or verified by order number counts in full. A photo or PDF without verification counts with a factor of 0.5, and such reports make up no more than three fifths of the Calendar category. Values typed in by hand instead of a report are not included in the level calculation.
5.2. One report counts once: repeats by file hash and by the pair “laboratory and order number” are ignored.
5.3. Home readings: a week in which readings were taken on schedule counts, no more than one credit a week per reading. The number of readings within a week does not affect points.
5.4. Invitations count after the invited person uploads their first test, no more than 10 a year, and do not affect the level.
5.5. Where there is reasonable doubt about a report’s authenticity, the Operator may defer counting it until checked, notifying the member with the reason. The member may provide explanations within 10 days. If forgery is confirmed, the credit for that report is removed, and on a repeat breach membership is terminated while the account and the user’s data are kept. The termination decision is communicated to the member with grounds and may be appealed to the Operator within 30 days.
6. What the level does not do
- It does not fall because of a diagnosis, heredity or reading values.
- It is not published. Only the member sees their level; the family sees the overall family level.
- It is not passed to insurers, employers or other third parties for decisions about a person.
- It does not affect the price or availability of the Platform’s services: prices are the same for everyone, and level privileges are gifts and discounts provided for in the Loyalty programme rules.
- It does not affect the interpretation of test results: the same data gives the same result.
7. Family
7.1. A member may add a child as their legal representative or invite an adult relative, who accepts the invitation personally, under the Consent to processing family members’ data.
7.2. The family sees the family level and the quarterly counter, but not adults’ personal levels. A new family member enters the family average after their first completed task or 90 days after joining.
8. Privileges and vitamins
Member privileges are set out in the Loyalty programme rules. A vitamin is a 100 percent discount on the interpretation of one reading; it is not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others, and is not revoked once issued.
9. Partners
The partner catalogue is the same for all members and is not built on health data. A discount code is issued only to members in the account and only with a separate consent to receiving information about offers; codes are not published on the website. A partner receives only confirmation that a code is valid. Partner offers are labelled as partner offers; the partner sets the terms of their performance.
10. Seasons
The year is divided into seasons with their own calendar of events; season dates are published on the Seasons page. A member who joined the community before 31 December 2026 receives the “First season member” badge, which gives no privileges. The end-of-season draw is held under the Seasonal check-up draw rules.
11. Leaving the community
You may leave at any time in the account settings or by a request to privacy@healthrating.net. The level, points and participation history are destroyed within 30 days; reports and readings remain and the app keeps working. Rejoining starts from level 1; gifts for levels reached earlier are not issued again.
12. Changes to the Rules
A new edition is published in the Documents section and in the account no later than 30 days before it takes effect. The task counting rules are not worsened retroactively: tasks completed before the new edition takes effect are recalculated only in the member’s favour. A member who disagrees with the new edition may leave the community before it takes effect.
13. Liability and enquiries
The Platform is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor’s consultation; members make health decisions independently and together with a doctor. Enquiries about the Rules are sent to privacy@healthrating.net and handled within 10 working days.
