Our rules

These are the laws of people who look after their health early. Every member of the community keeps them, from day one.

  1. We don’t put things off

We book a check-up the same day it’s due. An illness found early is easier, quicker and cheaper to treat.

  2. We get checked even when we feel fine

Many illnesses show no signs for years. Feeling well isn’t a reason to skip a check-up — it’s the right time to have one.

  3. We don’t hide from bad news

Knowing means being in control. We open our results the day they arrive, and if something is wrong, we see a doctor straight away.

  4. A little, but steadily

Every check-up on time adds to your health history. If you miss one, you don’t start from scratch — you carry on from where you stopped.

  5. We trust facts, not stories

Your own results over several years say more about you than anyone else’s story. We make decisions together with a doctor.

  6. We keep other people’s secrets

We keep other people’s test results as carefully as we want ours kept. We don’t discuss or forward them without asking.

  7. We care for our loved ones but don’t decide for them

A check-up is easier when you go together. We invite them along, remind them and tell them what’s free. The decision stays theirs.

By joining, you accept these laws together with every other member. In return, we make seven promises to you.
