Our promises

We make these promises first, before you even join. You can check every one of them, and we answer for each.

  1. An illness never lowers your level

    Your level grows from what you do: going to a check-up, getting tests, logging a reading. A diagnosis, family history and test results don’t touch it, so a bad result never takes anything away from you.

  2. Only you can see your level

    Family members in your family group see the shared family level. They can’t see your own level, results or readings. We never publish lists of people, cities or companies.

  3. We never pass your level on

    Insurers, employers and partners won’t get it. Only you can show your level to someone, and only if you want to.

  4. Your level doesn’t affect prices

    There’s one price for everyone. A high level won’t lower it, and a low one won’t raise it.

  5. Money doesn’t change explanations

    The same test results get the same explanation, no matter who paid or whether anyone paid at all.

  6. You can leave at any time

    You’ll find the way out in the settings. We’ll delete your level, and your test results stay with you in the HemoTrack app, so they don’t go anywhere.

  7. Partner discounts are honest

    Every partner offer is labelled as an offer. The discount is the same for everyone and doesn’t depend on a diagnosis. You open the catalogue yourself, when you want to, and we never push it on you.
