FAQ
Short answers to the questions we hear most often.
About the community
What is HealthRating?
A community of people who look after their health early. We use the HemoTrack app: it keeps your lab results, tells you what’s due and shows your care level.
Does it cost anything?
Right now everything is free: we’re in an open test. If paid features ever appear, we’ll let you know at least 30 days in advance.
I’m 70. Will I manage?
Yes. You need a smartphone and an email address. If it’s easier, one of your children can set up the app and manage your profile together with you.
How is this different from my clinic?
At the clinic, a doctor looks after you and runs your state check-ups. We help you remember them, keep your results in one place and understand them. We don’t replace a doctor.
Do the state check-ups cost money?
No. Routine check-ups under the state programme are covered by your OMS insurance policy. They’re done at the clinic you’re registered with. It’s best to check the details there.
Do I have to join to use HemoTrack?
No. The app works without joining. Community members also get a care level, a member badge and prize draws.
Why look at my results every three months?
To see what’s changing. It doesn’t mean you need more tests. Which check-ups you’re due is decided by the state programme and your doctor.
How do I leave the community?
In the settings. We’ll delete your level, and your results stay with you.
Your level
What happens to my level if I get ill?
Nothing. Illness never lowers your level. In fact, if you note your condition, the check-ups you need are added to your list, and they raise your level.
Do I need to be healthy to join?
No. A diagnosis doesn’t affect your level. Someone with a long-term condition can reach the highest level.
How is the level calculated?
Your level shows how many of the things due for you you’ve done over the last year. Everyone’s list is different: it depends on age, sex and condition. More on the How it works page.
Do tests I had earlier count?
Yes, everything from the last year. Upload your lab reports from the past year, and your level appears straight away.
Can I compare my level with others?
No. We don’t compare people with each other. You can only compare yourself with a year ago.
What if I miss something?
There are no penalties. If something important is about to drop out of the last year, the app will warn you two weeks ahead.
Your data
Who will see my results?
You do. If you’ve added your family, who else sees your results is set in the Family section. Partners, insurers and employers get nothing.
Who can see my level?
Only you. If you have your own account, your relatives see only a shared family level, not your own level or your results. Your level is never published or passed on.
What do partners learn about me?
Only that your discount code is valid. A partner gets no level, no results and no information about your health.
Where is my data stored?
Your results and files are stored on servers in Russia.
Does the free check-up calculator remember anything?
No. Your age and sex aren’t stored or sent anywhere.
The app
Which results can I upload?
Lab reports from any lab, as a photo or a file. You can upload everything from last year in one go.
I already use HemoTrack. What changes?
Nothing breaks. The app works fully even if you don’t join. Joining adds a care level, a member badge and prize draws.
How do I get the First Season badge?
Join the community by 31 December 2026. The badge is given only once.
And the calendar shows what’s covered for you this year.
