Community operator: OOO «IMT» (Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC, OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: [registered address]).
1. What the community is
The community brings together people who look after their health early. The platform measures how people care for their health: regular check-ups, responding to results, home readings and looking after family. The platform does not assess health status, diagnoses or reading values.
Everything the platform shows is for reference. The scope of check-ups is decided by a doctor. Check-ups under the state programme are free under the OMS policy at the clinic you are registered with.
2. Who can join
Anyone over 18 with a HemoTrack account who has read the manifesto, accepted these rules and consented to data processing for calculating the level. An account is tied to a country; Russia is available now.
Those who have not accepted the rules use the HemoTrack app in full. Only the level, member number and privileges are unavailable.
3. The manifesto: seven member rules
- I know my readings. I know what is covered for my age and sex, and I go through it.
- I watch the trend. Four check-ins with myself a year: once a quarter I open my data and see what has changed.
- I don’t ignore deviations. If a reading is outside the lab’s reference interval, I retest or discuss it with a doctor.
- I look after my family. I help my parents and children keep track of their check-ups.
- I put in a little every day. Logging blood pressure or weight takes a minute, and that is care too.
- I rely on data. I make health decisions together with a doctor.
- I share the culture. I tell people what is covered under OMS and invite those who could use it.
The manifesto rules do not require taking tests more often than the state check-up programme and your doctor provide for.
4. Level and care points
4.1. Only calendar tasks completed in the last 365 days count. A task is completed by an uploaded lab report, a note of a check-up passed, or a week of regular home readings.
4.2. Tasks come from five sources: the state check-up programme by age and sex; the follow-up schedule for a condition the member marked; the community’s quarterly check-in; a repeat test for a reading outside the reference interval; a week of self-monitoring of one reading.
4.3. Care points are the sum of the weights of completed tasks. A check-up or repeat test weighs 10, a quarterly check-in 5, a week of self-monitoring 1.
4.4. The level depends on the share of your own calendar completed, not on the absolute number of points. Four categories affect the level with weights out of one hundred: calendar 40, response 25, self-monitoring 25, family 10. If a category has no tasks, its weight is spread across the others.
4.5. Seven levels by completion share: level 1 from 0 to 19, level 2 from 20 to 39, level 3 from 40 to 54, level 4 from 55 to 69, level 5 from 70 to 79, level 6 from 80 to 89, level 7 from 90 to 100. Level 1 is given for accepting the rules. Until report verification by order number is available, levels 6 and 7 are not assigned; once verification appears, the level is recalculated automatically.
4.6. The level may fall when completed tasks leave the 365-day window. Fourteen days before this would lower the level, the member receives a warning naming the action that prevents it. The best level achieved and the best year are kept forever.
4.7. The calculation can be viewed on the explanation screen in the account. An objection to the calculation is reviewed by a person within 30 days.
5. How data is counted
5.1. A report received from a laboratory via integration or verified by order number counts in full. A photo or PDF without verification counts with a factor of 0.5, and such reports make up no more than three fifths of the Calendar category. Values typed in by hand instead of a report do not count towards the level.
5.2. One report counts once: duplicates by file hash and by the pair “laboratory and order number” are ignored.
5.3. Home readings: a week in which readings were taken on schedule counts, no more than one credit a week per reading. The number of readings within a week does not affect points.
5.4. Invitations count after the invited person uploads their first test, no more than 10 a year, and do not affect the level.
5.5. A report whose authenticity is in reasonable doubt may be left uncounted until checked. Forging reports leads to removal of the credit and may lead to exclusion from the community while the HemoTrack account is kept.
6. What the level does not do
- It does not fall because of a diagnosis, heredity or reading values.
- It is not published. Only the member sees their level; the family sees the overall family level.
- It is not passed to insurers, employers or other third parties for decisions about a person.
- It does not affect the price or availability of the platform’s services.
- It does not affect the interpretation of test results: the same data gives the same answer.
7. Family
A member may add a child to the family (as a legal representative) or invite an adult relative, who accepts personally. The family sees the family level and the quarterly counter, but not adults’ personal levels. A new family member enters the family average after their first completed task or after 90 days.
8. Privileges and vitamins
Member privileges are described in the Loyalty programme rules. A vitamin gives the right to a free interpretation of one reading in HemoTrack; it is not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for money and is never revoked once issued.
9. Partners
The partner catalogue is the same for everyone and is not built on health data. A discount code is issued only to members, in the account; codes are not published on the website. A partner receives only confirmation that a code is valid.
10. Seasons
The year is divided into seasons, each with its own calendar of events. A member who joined the community before 31 December 2026 receives the “First season member” badge; it gives no privileges. The end-of-season draw is held under separate rules published in the Documents section.
11. Leaving the community
You can leave at any time in the account settings. The level, points and participation history are erased; test results and readings remain, and the app keeps working. Rejoining starts from level 1; gifts for levels reached earlier are not issued again.
12. Changes to the rules
A new edition is published in the Documents section no later than 30 days before it takes effect, and members are notified in the account. Counting rules are not tightened retroactively: completed tasks are recalculated only in the member’s favour.
13. Liability
The platform is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor’s consultation. Members make decisions about their health themselves, together with a doctor.
