1. General provisions

1.1. Organiser: Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC (OOO «IMT», OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: 620024, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Bisertskaya St., 16, bldg 1, email privacy@healthrating.net).

1.2. The draw is a promotional event held to draw attention to the HealthRating community (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On advertising”). Participation involves no payment, no purchase of goods or services and no stakes; the draw is not a lottery within the meaning of Federal Law No. 138-FZ of 11 November 2003 “On lotteries” and is not gambling.

1.3. These Rules apply to all community seasons. No later than the first day of each season the Organiser publishes on the Seasons page an announcement with the season dates, the results date and the number of prizes. Source of information about the rules, prizes, dates, place and procedure for receiving them: healthrating.net, the Documents section and the Seasons page.

1.4. Territory: the Russian Federation. The prize may be used at laboratories in the Russian Federation.

2. Participants

2.1. A participant is an adult community member who, during the season, completed a calendar task with an uploaded lab report (a check-up under the state programme, follow-up for a marked condition, a quarterly check-in with a report, a repeat test) or completed at least four weeks of self-monitoring.

2.2. Each participant receives one ticket per season regardless of the number of completed tasks. The ticket is assigned automatically once the condition in 2.1 is met; no application is required. The ticket number is shown to the participant in the account.

2.3. The Organiser’s employees and their family members do not take part, nor do people whose community membership has ended by the results date.

2.4. Tasks completed in children’s and managed profiles give no ticket.

3. Prize fund

3.1. The prize is a laboratory check-up certificate with a face value of 5,000 roubles, entitling the holder to laboratory services up to that amount; the winner chooses the scope of the check-up from the laboratory’s services. The number of prizes in a season is stated in the season announcement.

3.2. The certificate comes with a cash component of the prize in the amount needed to pay personal income tax on the prize. The Organiser, as tax agent, withholds the tax from the cash component and remits it to the budget (Article 217(28), Article 224(2) and Article 226 of the Tax Code). The winner pays nothing.

3.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to third parties. Services under the certificate are provided by the laboratory on its own terms; the Organiser is not a provider of medical services. Check-ups under the state programme are free under the OMS policy at the medical organisation the participant is registered with.

4. Determining the winners

4.1. No later than the last day of the season the Organiser publishes on the website the SHA-256 hash of the list of ticket numbers. Within 10 days after the season ends the Organiser publishes the random generator seed, the list of ticket numbers and the calculation algorithm, allowing anyone to reproduce the result.

4.2. Results are determined within 10 days after the season ends, once the season’s data is closed. The Organiser may hold the draw live, announcing this at least 3 days in advance.

4.3. Winners are announced by member number. A winner’s city is published only with their separate consent to the dissemination of personal data under Article 10.1 of the Personal Data Law. Names, level, points and tasks are not published.

5. Receiving the prize

Within 14 days the winner confirms acceptance of the prize and provides the details needed to issue the prize and perform tax agent duties: full name, date of birth, citizenship, identity document details, residential address, INN (Articles 226 and 230 of the Tax Code). The details are processed under the Personal data processing policy and kept for the periods set by tax law.

5.3. The certificate is sent to the winner’s email within 10 days after the details in 5.2 are received. The cash component of the prize is withheld in full towards the tax, and the winner is sent the calculation.
