Organiser: OOO «IMT» (Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC, OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: 620024, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Bisertskaya St., 16, bldg 1).
The draw is held at the end of each season of the HealthRating community. It is a promotional event: participation requires no purchases or payments, and the draw is not a lottery. These rules apply to all seasons; for each season the organiser publishes the season dates, the results date and the number of prizes.
1. Who takes part
1.1. An adult community member who, during the season, completed a calendar task with an uploaded lab report (a check-up under the state programme, follow-up for a marked condition, a quarterly check-in with a report, or a repeat test) or completed at least four weeks of self-monitoring.
1.2. One member gets one ticket per season regardless of the number of completed tasks. The ticket is assigned automatically; no application is needed.
1.3. The organiser’s employees and their family members do not take part.
1.4. A child’s participation through a profile in a representative’s account does not give a ticket.
2. The prize
2.1. The prize is a certificate for a laboratory check-up with a face value of 5,000 roubles. The winner chooses the scope of the check-up at the laboratory. The certificate comes with a cash component in the amount needed to pay personal income tax, which the organiser as tax agent withholds and remits; the winner pays nothing extra.
2.2. The number of prizes in a season is stated in the season announcement. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others.
2.3. Check-ups under the state programme are free under the OMS policy at the clinic you are registered with.
3. How the winner is determined
3.1. No later than the last day of the season the organiser publishes on the website a hash of the list of ticket numbers. After the season ends, the random generator seed and the list of numbers are published so that anyone can repeat the calculation and verify the result.
3.2. Results are determined within 10 days after the season ends, once the season’s data is closed. With enough participants the draw is held live, which is announced in advance.
3.3. Winners are announced by member number. A winner’s city is published only with their consent. Names, level, points and tasks are not published.
4. How to receive the prize
4.1. The organiser informs the winner in the account and by email within 3 days after the results.
4.2. The winner confirms receipt within 14 days and provides the details needed to issue the prize and pay the tax.
4.3. The certificate is sent to the winner’s email within 10 days after confirmation. If the winner does not respond in time or declines the prize, the organiser holds a repeat draw under the same rules among the remaining tickets.
5. Personal data
Winners’ data is processed under the Personal data processing policy for delivering the prize and paying the tax, and is kept for the periods set by tax law.
6. Changes and termination
The organiser may change the rules for future seasons by publishing a new edition no later than the start of the season it applies to. The rules of the current season do not change after it has started.
7. Enquiries
Questions about the draw are sent to privacy@healthrating.net and handled within 10 working days.
