User: a legally capable individual over 18 who has accepted the offer.
This document is a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance: registering an account, and for paid services, payment in the account area.
2. What the services include
2.1. Free and without time limit: the account, the “What’s covered under OMS” calendar, the home readings diary, storage of lab reports, community membership and the level.
2.2. Interpretation of test readings in the HemoTrack app and the account area. Until plans are published, interpretation is free. When plans appear, they are published on the Pricing page and in the account; the price is the same for everyone and does not depend on the level. Terms that applied before plans were published are not revised for services already provided.
2.3. Vitamins: the right to a free interpretation of one reading. How they are obtained is described in the Loyalty programme rules. A vitamin is not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for money.
3. What is not a service
Interpretation of readings is for reference: a value is compared with the reference interval of the laboratory that issued the report, and the trend is shown. The provider does not provide medical care, does not diagnose, does not assess risks and does not prescribe treatment. The platform is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor’s consultation. Check-ups under the state programme are free under the OMS policy.
4. Payment
4.1. Paid services are paid for in the account area through a payment provider engaged by the provider. A receipt is sent to the user’s email in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
4.2. Prices are in roubles and include all taxes. A service is deemed provided when the interpretation result becomes available in the account.
4.3. The user may cancel a service not yet provided; the amount paid for it is refunded by the same method within 10 days. No refund is made for an interpretation already provided, except in the case of the provider’s technical error where the interpretation was not delivered.
5. Account and access
5.1. Login is by email and a one-time code. The user is responsible for access to their email and devices; the account area shows the list of sessions and allows logging out everywhere.
5.2. One person keeps one account. Profiles of children and elderly relatives are managed in the legal representative’s account or with the person’s own consent.
5.3. The provider may restrict access in the case of forged reports, hacking attempts or other actions that disrupt the platform, notifying the user by email.
6. Personal data
Data is processed under the Personal data processing policy and the separate consents published in the Documents section. Health data is processed only with the user’s separate consent.
7. Liability
7.1. The provider keeps the platform running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance breaks are possible and announced in advance in the account.
7.2. The provider is not liable for health decisions the user makes based on the platform’s reference information, or for the accuracy of reports received from laboratories.
7.3. The provider’s liability to the user is limited to the amount paid for the service the claim relates to, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
8. Term and termination
The offer is open-ended. The user may delete the account at any time in the settings; data is deleted under the Personal data processing policy. The provider may amend the offer by publishing a new edition in the Documents section no later than 30 days before it takes effect; services already paid for are governed by the edition in force on the payment date.
9. Disputes
Claims are sent to privacy@healthrating.net and handled within 10 working days. Disputes are resolved under the law of the Russian Federation; the user may bring a claim before the court at their place of residence.
