Consent to receiving information about goods and services

This consent is requested only when you open the partner catalogue yourself and want to get a discount code. You may decline, and this will not affect your level, privileges or the app.

To whom and for what I give consent

I, a community member, give consent to OOO «IMT» (Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC, OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: [registered address]) to process my data for one purpose: sending me information about offers from the platform’s partners and about the platform’s own services, including seasonal community events (Article 15(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

What data

Email address, member number, account country, the fact of community membership.

Health data, level, test results and marked conditions are not used for this purpose. The partner catalogue is the same for everyone; no personal selections are built.

Channels

Messages in the account, HemoTrack app notifications, emails. Frequency: no more than [two] messages a month, apart from notifications about a code issued to me.

What the partner receives

Only confirmation that my code is valid. The partner receives neither my contact details, nor my level, nor my health data.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn in the account settings or via the link in any email; after withdrawal, messages stop within [3 working days]. Withdrawal does not cancel codes already issued to me and does not affect my community membership.

How the consent is confirmed

The consent is given electronically by pressing “Receive offers” in the account. There are no pre-ticked boxes. The date and time of consent, the version of this text and the account identifier are stored by the operator.
