This consent is requested once, when you first upload a lab report to HemoTrack. Without it the app stores reports as files but does not interpret the readings.

I, the user of an account confirmed by a code sent to my email, give consent to OOO «IMT» (Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC, OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: 620024, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Bisertskaya St., 16, bldg 1) to process my health data for one purpose: interpreting my test results and home readings.

What data

  • Lab reports: photos, PDFs, data obtained from a laboratory at my request.
  • Reading values recognised from reports and the laboratory’s reference intervals.
  • Home readings I enter myself: blood pressure, weight, glucose and other readings.
  • Conditions I mark myself, to see what is usually monitored for them.
  • My age and sex.

What is done with it

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated means.

Interpreting a reading means comparing the value with the reference interval of the laboratory that issued the report and showing the trend across my previous reports. For text recognition and explanations the operator may send an anonymised text request, without name, email or other identifiers, to an external text-processing service. Report images and photos never leave the operator’s servers.

What is not done with it

  • No diagnoses, no disease risk assessment, no treatment. The interpretation is for reference and does not replace a doctor’s consultation.
  • No transfer to third parties: laboratories (except obtaining my results at my request), partners, insurers, employers, advertising networks.
  • No use for advertising.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid while my account exists or until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn in the account settings: after withdrawal new reports are no longer interpreted, and previously uploaded reports remain as files in my account until I delete them. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

The consent is given electronically by pressing “I consent” in an account whose login was confirmed by a code sent to my email.

The date and time of consent, the version of this text and the account identifier are stored by the operator.
