Consent to processing family members’ data

Version of 30 September 2026. Current version: Consent to processing family members’ data

This consent is requested when you add a relative to your family on the platform. It has two parts: one is given by a legal representative on behalf of a child, the other an adult relative gives personally.

Part 1. A child’s profile

I, the legal representative of a child (parent, adoptive parent, guardian), give consent to OOO «IMT» (Intellectual Medical Technologies LLC, OGRN 1269600002770, INN 6679188579, address: [registered address]) to process the data of the child whose profile I create and manage in my account.

What data: name or profile label, date of birth, sex, the child’s lab reports, home readings, marked conditions, facts of completed calendar tasks.

Purposes: storing and interpreting the child’s test results in the same way as mine (see the consent to interpreting test results); the age-based check-up calendar; counting the child’s participation in the family level.

I confirm that I am entitled to act on behalf of the child. When the child turns 18, the profile can be transferred to them as a separate account; until then processing continues on the basis of this consent. [Legal: profile transfer procedure and confirmation of representative status.]

Part 2. An adult relative

An adult family member gives consent personally: they receive an invitation, log into their own account and confirm joining the family. The family owner cannot consent on behalf of an adult, even at their request.

I, an adult member accepting an invitation to a family, give consent to OOO «IMT» to process my data for one purpose: calculating the family level and the family’s quarterly counter.

What data: my calendar completion share in a form anonymised for the family, and the fact of my family membership. Other adult family members do not see my test results, readings or personal level.

What is done with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated means.

What family members see

  • Each adult sees their own level and points, the family level and the family quarterly counter.
  • The account owner sees the level and points of the profiles they manage themselves (children, elderly relatives with their consent).
  • Other adults’ personal levels are not shown. There are no public family lists.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the profile or family membership is deleted. A legal representative withdraws consent by deleting the child’s profile; an adult relative leaves the family in their own account settings. After leaving, their data is excluded from the family figures. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

The consent is given electronically in an account whose login was confirmed by an email code. The date and time of consent, the version of this text and the account identifiers are stored by the operator.
